Beth Livesay worked in publishing for 12 years, with experience in both newsstand and B2B magazines. She oversaw the print publication of NAILS Magazine, Altered Couture, Somerset Home, Haute Handbags, and Sew Somerset. She helped found Apronology and Jewelry Affaire magazines in addition to serving as their editor.

With an ever-changing publishing landscape, Beth has taken on several digital publishing roles. Most recently, she served as the director of brand content strategy at nailsmag.com and oversaw Nail Art Gallery Magazine, Salon Fanatic, NAILS Next Top Nail Artist, and NTNA All Stars. Beth won the MAGGIE Award for Best Use of Social Media in trade and consumer publishing in 2016.

As a beauty industry authority, Beth has served as a judge for Nailympia USA, the Contessa Awards, NAHA, Salon Today Salon of the Year Awards, and NTNA head judge.

Beth is also a frequent style contributor, whose writing has appeared in Romantic Homes Magazine, Monarch Moments, Newport Beach Magazine, Laguna Beach Magazine, and on Hello Giggles. Her nonfiction work has been published by The Huffington Post and in the latest version of The Apron Book.

Her copywriting expertise has been sought after by major brands such as Bloomingdale’s, Gelish, Morgan Taylor, Kwikset, Pfister, National Hardware, Fortis, and Creative Nail Design.
